How soon after placing an order can I receive my R.Y.M. piece?  

So you’ve chosen your R.Y.M. piece and placed your order. Now you’re wondering how soon until you can get your hands on it? We carry stock of particular designs which means we can ship to you immediately - these are indicated on the shopping page. However, as our jewelry is made to order, we ask you to generally allow 4-6 weeks for shipment. We work hard to fulfil orders well within that timeframe, but ask you to be mindful of this production window. Thank you for your patience! After you’ve placed an order and your payment has cleared, you’ll receive an email containing your invoice. Check your junk mail, as we may find our way into that mailbox if this is your first time ordering from R.Y.M. Jewelry.

I saw a piece I love but can’t find it on the site. What do I do?

If you’ve seen something on social media, or in a magazine, but can’t seem to find it on our website, please contact us on info@RYMjewelry.com and we’ll gladly help you find it.

What can I expect to pay in terms of customs, taxes and duties?

R.Y.M. Jewelry is a global retailer. All of our product pricing is shown exclusive of local customs and duties, except when shipping to the U.K. For orders placed to U.K. delivery addresses, listed prices are inclusive of customs and duties.

We are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery for orders placed to delivery addresses in all other territories. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. 

 

What happens if something’s not quite right with my order?

If any issue arises with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it. Contact us on info@RYMjewelry.com with any inquiries you have. In the case of returns, items should come back to us as new, unused, and with all packaging intact. Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All bespoke orders are final sale.

Do you have anywhere I can try pieces on?

You can view our listed stocklists here. How can I keep my R.Y.M. piece looking bought it?

We recommend regularly taking your pieces for professional cleaning at a local jeweler. If you’re tending to your pieces at home, we recommend using gold cleaner. Always dry your jewelry thoroughly after cleaning with a soft cloth. Refrain from wearing any diamond or stone-set pieces in water – this can affect the stability of the setting, making losing stones more likely. Keep jewelry in its original packaging and pouch; try not to mix it with other jewelry. For repair enquiries please contact info@RYMjewelry.com.

How do R.Y.M. pieces work in terms of fit and sizing?

Our Size Guide on each product page is a good starting point to determine the best size piece for you. Be sure to read the product’s “Story” and look over the Size Guide before placing your order. If you have any additional questions after checking out the Size guide, please do get in touch on info@RYMjewelry.com and we will do whatever we can to help you find the perfect size piece.

 Do you take bespoke orders?

If you have spotted a R.Y.M. piece you like the look of but would like to adapt it, get in touch on info@RYMjewelry.com. We love creating unique designs and can set up a time for you to talk with the designer to find out if we are placed to create your perfect piece.
